Obituary of Bruce Raymond Fisher

Bruce Raymond Fisher, of Calgary, AB, passed away on Thursday, April 25, 2024, at the age of 72 years.

Bruce was born in Calgary, AB, where he lived most of his life and where he had a long career in the printing industry.

Bruce’s true joys were snowmobiling, camping, and supporting his grandchildren in their activities, from the ice rink to the dance floor. He also loved taking vacations with his children and grandchildren. Many of these trips were at the “Happiest Place on Earth”.

Bruce married Jeanette and together they had three children, Laurel (Richard), Nathan (Jasmine), and Nikki (TJ). They also had nine grandchildren, Kiersten, Liam, Brooklyn, Ethan, Emma, Ryley, Savannah, Claire, and Callie.

Besides his loving wife, children, and grandchildren, Bruce is also survived by his sister Evelyn, as well as many other extended family members he loved dearly.

Bruce was predeceased by his parents, Raymond and Alberta Fisher.

Funeral Services will be held at McInnis & Holloway (Eastside, 5388 Memorial Drive NE, Calgary, AB) on Thursday, May 2, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. Reception to follow in the Hospitality Centre at the Funeral Home.
