Obituary of Donna Marie BATSCH

BATSCH, Donna Marie (nee Corradetti) January 6, 1951 – Calgary, Alberta February 14, 2015 – Calgary, Alberta It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Donna Batsch in Calgary on Saturday, February 14, 2015, after her courageous battle with ALS, at the age of 64 years. Donna had a dedicated career working in the oil and gas industry for forty years, most recently at Nexen. She loved spending time at Pine Lake with her family and friends. She enjoyed her trips to Las Vegas, Mexico, Hawaii, and Alaska. Donna was a compassionate person who enjoyed life and lived it to the fullest. She will be remembered for her caring demeanor and ability to light up a room. Donna will be deeply missed by her husband Gerry of forty years; sisters and brothers-in-law, Carol and Lorne, Toni and Tony, and Theresa and Vince. Donna was greatly loved and cherished by her niece Michele; nephews, Deon, Shaun, Curtis, Mark, and Michael; and extended family members and numerous friends. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY (Chapel of the Bells, 2720 Centre Street North) on Saturday, February 21, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. Condolences may be forwarded through .
